Castle Point & Rochford District Residents Health and Wellbeing Survey

23/08/2021

The Castle Point and Rochford Health and Wellbeing Board has launched a short online survey to better understand how the pandemic has affected residents' wellbeing.

The Castle Point and Rochford District Residents Health and Wellbeing Survey provides an opportunity for residents to share their experiences and will help ensure their needs are reflected in the new joint health and wellbeing strategy for Castle Point and Rochford.

The survey is anonymous, but there is an opportunity for respondents to supply their contact details if they wish to be contacted and receive further information in relation to the answers they give. The closing date for responses is Friday 3 September.
