Engagement Window for Rayleigh Sites Extended to 18th April.

12/04/2021

Following an extremely well attended webinar on 17th March, the Voyage Partnership has extended the Pre-Planning Application Engagement window for the Civic Suite Site and The Mill Site until 18th April.

The extension to the engagement window is to ensure that every possible effort has been made to allow residents and local people to have their say on the plans. Further information, including links to the online feedback surveys are available at:
www.voyage-partnership.co.uk/have-your-say/civic-suite-site/ and
www.voyage-partnership.co.uk/have-your-say/the-mill-site-rayleigh/

Members of the public can also request hard copies of the pre-planning application engagement information and feedback forms by writing to the Voyage Partnership at: Voyage Partnership, Rochford District Council, South Street, Rochford, Essex. SS4 1BW.

The Voyage Partnership will use and reflect on this feedback from the community to ensure that the designs best reflect the future needs of the people that will use or live in the buildings.

The full recording of the webinar is now available to watch here:www.rochford.gov.uk/AssetsPublicWebinarMarch
Questions asked before and during the webinar are also available to view on the Voyage Partnership Website: https://www.voyage-partnership.co.uk/have-your-say/
