Free Exhibition Opportunity for Artists and Community Groups

11/01/2023

Rochford District Council is offering local artists and voluntary community groups the chance to promote their work with free exhibition space at the Rayleigh Windmill or at the Mill Arts & Events Centre.

The historical Windmill hosts a small museum as well as a self-contained exhibition space on the 2nd floor, and at the Mill Arts & Events Centre, artworks will be displayed in its busy foyer.

There is no charge to use the exhibition spaces. Artists or groups would typically be allocated three to four weeks in either space, from April 2023.

Artists and voluntary community groups can express their interest in either opportunity by emailing leisure@rochford.gov.uk or telephone 01702 318120. Our Culture Officer will provide further information on the opportunities and the application process.
