Rochford District Council New Reception Location

02/02/2023 The Civic Suite on Hockley Road, Rayleigh will close at the end of day on Thursday, 2nd February with the Rayleigh reception re-located to the Mill Arts and Events Centre from Monday, 6th February.

Residents can go to reception area at Mill Hall for information and general enquires as well as scanning documents for specific departments. The new Mill Hall council reception hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.

If you need to contact Rochford District Council out of those opening hours, call 01702 318111 or 318191 or visit rochford.gov.uk to speak to our customer services team via our live chat function, weekdays between 08:30am - 5:00pm.

The Citizens Advice service has already relocated from the Civic Suite to Mill Hall and is available at its new home Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am - 12pm. Residents can drop in between these hours for free, independent and confidential advice.
