Keeping Well Event Rayleigh

This month a new NHS initiative is being launched in the District aimed at keeping residents independent and well.

 

A new Rayleigh Neighbourhood Team, bringing together Community and Mental Health providers EPUT, social services, community agents and Action for Family Carers will be in Rayleigh Library and Rayleigh Market, both on the High Street on 25th October, 9am – 4pm.

 

Information will be available about Mobility Aids, Technically Enabled Care, Chair Sensors, Big Button Phones and other equipment to assist with daily living. There will also be Lifestyle advice, health checks and MenShed and much more.

 

So if you do care for someone and would like some advice or find out about local support available then come along.
