Public Footpath Map

This short guide has been designed to allow visitors and residents to enjoy the large number of footpaths that exist within our lovely village of Great Wakering.

If you click on the map, all of the public footpaths with their respective numbers will be seen. Some of the older posts do not show a number.

Please note that Great Wakering Parish Council cannot accept liability for any problems arising from errors or omissions.

ECC are responsible for maintaining the public rights of way.

During the late Spring and Summer when hedges and other plants are growing well, some of the lesser used paths may not be as accessible as we would wish. Especially during the Winter, some of the footpaths can become waterlogged and we would ask walkers to exercise extreme caution under these conditions.
