Essex County Council Bus Survey Now Open

02/06/2025 We are preparing to launch our annual bus survey to gather public opinions on the bus services in Essex and identify ways to improve them to encourage more people to use buses. We aim to hear from both current bus users and non-users to understand how we can attract more people to use bus services in the future.

The online bus survey will be available from 2nd June to 30th June 2025. The face-to-face survey will take place from 16th June to 27th June 2025 at the following locations:

Basildon

Billericay

Chelmsford

Colchester

Harlow

The bus survey will be advertised on electronic displays during the survey period (2nd June – 30th June 2025). A flyer is attached to this email.

We will share the survey with all Parish, Town, and District councils and publicise the survey on the TravelEssex website and our social media channels.
